MetaDocs LTD seeks a highly skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our Software Development Department. As a Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in advancing our special software and contributing to its enhancement with cutting-edge technologies.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a back-end development position.
• Proficiency in C# .NET (asp.net, Windows services, web services, multithreading).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Exchange, IIS, Active Directory, and Microsoft Cloud Services.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL.
• Customer-oriented with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• IT-related degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• Microsoft qualifications (preferred but not mandatory).
• Exchange API (EWS, graph) (preferred but not mandatory).
• Outlook add-in (VSTO or web) (preferred but not mandatory).
• Exchange transport agents (preferred but not mandatory).

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional technical support to our valued customers. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and significantly impact our clients’ information management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and remote sessions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our email and document management solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Document and escalate complex technical problems as needed.
• Maintain a deep understanding of MetaDocs’ products and services.
• Assist in the development of knowledge base articles.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working in a similar position.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Exchange, IIS, Active Directory, and Microsoft Cloud Services.
• Proficiency in various Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL (desirable but not mandatory).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
